AFTER-SALES SERVICES


We provide after-sales services including:

Refunding air tickets:

Eltick.com.au will support passengers with no extra service fee for refunding air tickets (refund fee varies depending on airlines' policies). Our consultants are responsible for announcing the air tickets refund fee and conditions before sales and after sales.

Eltick.com.au will not refund the transaction fee for air tickets and will automatically return the money to passengers when we receive from airlines (monthly or quarterly).

Exchanging air tickets:

Eltick.com.au will support passengers to change the issued air tickets. Our consultants are responsible for announcing the air tickets exchange and conditions before and after sales.

Eltick.com.au will not refund the transaction fee for issued air tickets and offer the below transaction fee table from changing the old into the new one:

Add–on services of Low Cost Carriers

For some Low cost Carrier (such as Cebu Pacific, Jetstar, Vietjet, Tiger Airways, AirAsia, etc), add–on services like baggage, meal, seats are not included in the air–ticket price. Eltick.com.au's Call Center will support passengers to buy these services which have the same prices as the Airlines offer without any extra transaction fee.

Special Support Services

Eltick.com.au always understands our customers’ needs and supports enthusiastically. In case that our customers have special in-flight requests such as wheelchair assistance, elder assistance, English language speaking assistance, first-time traveler assistance, vegetarian meal ordering assistance, disability assistance, diseases assistance, unaccompanied minor assistance, etc, Eltick.com.au will take the initiative to announce and register to the airlines which issue air–tickets.    

The Airline will support the Special Support Services that Eltick.com.au request depending on the availability.   

Other after–sales services:

Besides the usual after–sales services, miscellaneous assistance for after–sales services like booking hotel rooms, insurance consultant, issuing red invoice (less or equal to the real amount), printing air–tickets & fast delivering to registered resident address, etc, Eltick.com.au is ready to support passengers with the best and fastest ability.
