Job requirements:
- University or college graduation level.
- Minimum 01-year experience in air services.
- Being passionate about travel and online services.
- Be able to communicate and negotiate in both Vietnamese and English
- Be able to work in team and individually
- Have high ownership at workplace
- Be able to work in shift (Mon- Fri: 08:00hrs – 17:00hrs; 11:00hrs – 20:00hrs; Sat: 08:00hrs - 17:00hrs)
Job description:
- Handle daily phone calls and bookings as per Eltick.com.au standard.
- Deliver consultancy in flights as per Eltick.com.au standard.
- Exchange, refund, add-on services (if there is any) and deliver after-sales customer care
- Be in charge of self monthly KPI. Performance will be evaluated based on percentage of KPI achievement.
- Handle complaint on daily basis.
- In co-operation with related departments including Accounting, E-commerce, Customer Relations and complete tasks assigned by higher authorities. .
